Morgan Umbarger

Hello! I am a recent graduate with my B.A. in Elementary Education from the University of South Carolina Aiken. At USC Aiken, I earned my degree with summa cum laude honors, holding a 4.0 GPA. This will be my first year teaching, though I completed my student teaching internship here at Heartwood Community School in the second grade classroom. I have extensive experience working with second grade, as well as experience with multiple fourth grade classes!

I have a few! First is that my all-time favorite animals are cats! I have one of my own. Second is that I love to draw portraits of old homes, wedding venues, and anything else I can learn to draw. Lastly, I love going on outdoor adventures with my husband, especially fishing!
