Originally from across the pond in the UK I began cooking at 16, having come from a strong culinary family and upbringing. I have traveled the world, working in several restaurants gathering as much information as possible and soaking up the rich culinary cuisine that has come from working in these areas of the world.
I moved to Savannah, GA and now consider this beautiful area as my home with my wife and 2 beautiful children. They are the main reason I went for this position and decided to join this fantastic team. Health and nutrition in children is so important to me and it seems like a perfect fit for me to help in anyway I can, along with our culinary team, to help feed the fun, loving children of this area.
I'm a huge fan of Everton F.C soccer team from back in the UK. I love reading, hiking and spending quality time with my beautiful family.
