Caroline Savage

Originally from Ohio, Caroline began her career working with children 12 years ago with WINGS for kids in Charleston, SC. Caroline has worked with children and families in a variety of roles, including as a behavior specialist, multidisciplinary team coordinator, social worker and licensed school counselor. She completed her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Work in 2013 and Master of Arts Degree in Counseling in 2019. With a passion for education, wrap around wellness, and social emotional learning, she is thrilled to be part of the Heartwood family and looks forward to building meaningful relationships with families, staff, and community partners!

Outside of work, Caroline loves to hike, kayak, workout, read, and paint!
